Managing Multiple Accounts: Important Information

Telem is making improvements to how multiple customer accounts are handled to ensure accurate payment processing and avoid service disruptions.

In cases where customers manage more than one account and submit bulk payments, payments have occasionally been misallocated. This can result in processing delays or even unintended service disconnections.

To prevent these issues and simplify account management, Telem will begin consolidating eligible multiple accounts into a single account with one unified invoice. This helps ensure payments are correctly applied and services remain uninterrupted.

Customers who wish to keep accounts and invoices separate may continue to do so. However, please note that in such cases, combined or bulk payments will no longer be accepted. Each invoice must be paid individually and in full.

Account consolidation will be applied by default to qualifying accounts unless a request is made to opt out. Customers with questions or preferences regarding this update are encouraged to contact Telem’s support team at info@telemgroup.sx
