Telem TV Plans – Terms & Conditions

TelTV+ – Terms & Conditions
All Telem TV services are governed by our General Terms and Conditions General Terms and Conditions and are subject to the Service Specific Terms outlined below. In case of a discrepancy between the Service Specific Terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the Service Specific Terms prevail.

Set-Top Box & Equipment
Each TelTV+ set-top box is subject to a one-time equipment fee of $65. Customers may add up to two additional set-top boxes per account, each at a monthly subscription fee of $10. A maximum of five (5) simultaneous streams is permitted per TelTV+ account.
The customer owns the TelTV+ set-top box upon purchase and is responsible for its installation, wiring, and proper use. Telem offers assistance with installation upon request.

Only devices operating on Dutch St. Maarten are supported. The use of third-party applications or configurations not approved by Telem is entirely at the customer’s own risk. TelTV+ login credentials (username and password) are intended for personal use only and may not be sold, rented, or shared without prior written consent from Telem.

Service Performance & Network Compatibility
TelTV+ is designed to perform optimally on the Telem network. Telem is not liable for any degradation in service quality experienced when the service is used with another Internet Service Provider (ISP).

The service is offered on a best-effort basis. While Telem strives to maintain consistent service, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the availability of specific channels at all times.

Contract Term & Early Termination
All TelTV+ subscriptions are subject to a one-year minimum contract period, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a customer cancels service during this period—or if Telem cancels the service due to a breach by the customer—an early termination fee will apply. The early termination fee is equal to the total subscription charges that would have applied from the date of cancellation through the end of the contract period.

Limitation of Liability
Telem’s total liability for any claims related to TelTV+ is limited to the total subscription fees paid by the customer during the two (2) months prior to the incident that gave rise to the claim. Telem shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the TelTV+ service.

Content Restrictions & Regional Access
Due to licensing and content rights, the TelTV+ service—including all streams and channels—is only authorized for use within Dutch St. Maarten. Accessing the service outside of the permitted territory may result in termination of the account without refund.

Get access to channels like SyFy, Tempo, HGTV, Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Cooking Channel, and more.

Movies Add-On
Enjoy blockbuster movies, documentaries, and comedies across channels such as HBO, HBO Family, HBO Xtreme, and Cinemax.

Sports Add-On
Watch your favorite teams and sporting events with access to ESPN, SportsMAX, FOX Soccer Plus, MLB, and other top sports networks.
