Telem would like to inform our valued customers that all Telem mobile services in Sint Eustatius will transition to EUTEL in November 2025.

This change is part of the handover of services to the local operator, EUTEL, which now operates its own modern 4G LTE network on Sint Eustatius.

What this means for you

• You can keep your current mobile number (599 318 xxxx).
• You need a new SIM card from EUTEL and a new subscription.
• Your new service will move automatically to EUTEL’s network in November.  You will receive information from EUTEL when to insert your new SIM.
• Service may briefly pause on the migration day,  but will continue normally after.

Next Steps for Customers

• Collect your new EUTEL SIM at the EUTEL office once they are ready. Contact EUTEL to learn more.
• On migration day (November 2025), insert your new SIM card to continue using your new mobile service.

Please bring a valid ID when collecting your SIM card.

Prepaid Customers

• Any remaining prepaid credit will be transferred to your new EUTEL SIM.
• Prepaid bundles that expire after migration will not carry over.

Postpaid Customers

• Your Telem contract will end at migration without penalties.
• You will receive a final Telem invoice up to your migration date.

Your new EUTEL subscription begins from the day your service transfers. You will then start receiving invoices from EUTEL

• To continue providing Statia customers with the best mobile service experience, Telem is transitioning its mobile services to EUTEL starting November 2025. This move ensures:
• Seamless Service: Keep your number and uninterrupted mobile connectivity.
• Simple Transition: A free new SIM will make the switch easy and quick.

This is a coordinated effort between Telem and EUTEL to make mobile service better and more convenient for all Statia customers.
