Simpson Bay Branch Reopening Part of Telem’s Broader Transformation Bill payments are now made through new self-service digital kiosks

Philipsburg (October 10, 2025) — Telem Group will officially reopen its Simpson Bay Branch starting Tuesday, October 14th, reinforcing its commitment to improving customer experience and making services more accessible across the island.

Located at 40 Airport Road, the branch is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Customers can receive assistance with their accounts, product support, and bill payments. As part of Telem’s ongoing modernization and efforts to bring new technology closer to the community, bill payments at this location are made through a new self-service digital kiosk, allowing customers to conveniently pay using debit or credit cards. The anticipated reopening comes at a time of significant progress for Telem:
