Eligibility

• You must be a Telem prepaid subscriber to participate.
• You must be 18 years or older to enter.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) is required to claim any prize.
• Employees of Telem Group and affiliated promotional partners are not eligible to participate.

 

How to Win

Entry is valid only through Telem data plan activation or SMS participation.

• Telem Data Plan Entries: Activating a promotional TelEm data plan (Text “DATA ON” to 1004) grants an additional entry. Get 4Gb, for 4 Days, Plus a chance to enter.
• SMS Entries: Sending a $2 SMS by texting “WIN” to 7777 counts as one raffle entry.

 

Winner Selection & Prize Collection

• Winners will be selected through random drawings on the announced dates.
• Winners will be contacted via the phone number linked to their Telem account.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
• All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw date.
• The Grand Prize vehicle must be collected in St. Maarten—Telem will not ship or transport the car to another location.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
