Telem Internet Plans Terms & Conditions

All Telem Internet services are governed by our General Terms and Conditions General Terms and Conditions and are subject to the Service Specific Terms outlined below. In case of a discrepancy between the Service Specific Terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the Service Specific Terms prevail.

Prepaid Plans
All Prepaid Telem Internet plans include a monthly $10 calling allowance on your landline phone, valid for local and international calls. This credit is valid only within the current billing cycle and does not carry over to the following month. Prepaid plans do not include any free calling minutes; such benefits are available only to Postpaid customers.

Postpaid Plans
Telem Postpaid Internet plans include a monthly allowance of free minutes for calls between Telem and TelCell subscribers. Calls made to other local or international numbers will be billed separately and added to your monthly invoice. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month. To help you manage your monthly usage and avoid unexpected charges, a calling threshold of ANG 250 is applied. Once this threshold is reached, outgoing calls will be temporarily disabled. Internet access and incoming calls will continue to function normally.

Internet Speed & Performance
Telem Internet plans are delivered through fiber-optic technology, which transmits data using light signals for higher speed and reliability. All plans offer speeds up to the advertised speed. Actual internet speeds may vary based on the time of day, overall network traffic in your area, and conditions within your home. Factors such as internal wiring and Wi-Fi setup (including extenders or repeaters) can also affect the quality of your connection.

Installation Process & Fees
A one-time installation fee of $125 applies to all new customers who apply for a Telem Fiber internet service. This fee includes the installation of a fiber connection to your home as well as the setup of one fixed phone line. Upon receiving your application, processing may take up to two (2) weeks. A technical survey team will visit your property to determine the most suitable route for fiber installation (note: indoor access is not required at this stage). Within a few days of this survey, our installation team will contact you to schedule an appointment. A resident or the account holder must be present on the day of installation, as a signature is required to complete service activation.

Availability
Telem Internet plans are exclusively available in designated fiber-ready areas. Service cannot be guaranteed outside of zones with active fiber infrastructure.
